When and what information do we collect?
MealBoat collects information from Sellers/Home Chefs, such as, name, email address, mobile number, brand name, physical address, geolocation, language preference and any other data the Seller/Home Chef may have chosen to provide on the MealBoat Platform.Why does Mealboat collect this information?
The primary reason MealBoat gathers information is solely for the purpose of enabling services and making your experience better on the MealBoat platforms and for enabling order processing, shipping, and customer services. MealBoat permits you to update, edit, and manage your content on our platform. The information is also used to improve services, website content, navigation, and customer relationship management. For example, we may contact you to provide an update on your order, information regarding the delivery status or to clarify questions related to your order. We also periodically communicate with you (for e.g., sellers/home chefs sending messages, direct communication between you and the sellers/Home Chefs, onboarding of new sellers / Home Chefs, new feature/benefits introduction, change in policies, etc.). The information MealBoat collects, and how that information is used, also depends on how you use our services. Information on the platform usage may be recorded and analyzed to improve future services. All analysis is done only at aggregate level and MealBoat never accesses or analyses data at user level.How do we use cookies?

What steps are taken to keep personal information secure?
We are concerned about ensuring the security of your Personal Information. We exercise great care in providing secure transmission of your information from your device to our servers.
